Whether you`re capturing candid shots with friends or your partner, or getting into the spirit with a round of fun and exotic games, the evening promises plenty of entertainment.
As the sun sets and the stars start to appear, cozy up around your personalized bonfire, perfect for intimate moments or gathering with a group. The music will come alive with our in-house DJ, creating a lively atmosphere that will have you tapping your feet to the beat throughout the night. And that’s not all! Indulge in an unlimited feast of flavorful starters—both veg and non-veg options available—and a delectable dinner, all included with your ticket.
For movie lovers, experience a magical open-air screening under the starry sky, where you can relax and enjoy your favorite films in the fresh evening air.
But the night doesn’t have to end there! For those who want to make this New Year’s Eve truly special, we offer an exclusive camping experience. Stay back and extend the celebration as you sleep under the stars in cozy tents. Listen to the sounds of nature as you drift into the new year, waking up to the tranquility of the retreat’s natural beauty. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge after a night of revelry.
This New Year`s Eve party at Mugabu Retreat is more than just a celebration—it’s a full-fledged adventure. From music and dancing to food, movies, and camping, you’ll experience it all in the perfect blend of fun, nature, and relaxation. So choose as per your liking- An evening pass from 5pm to 2am (inclusive of starters and dinner) or a Camping night from 5pm to 11am ( all that includes the evening pass+ camping+ breakfast)

- Please carry a valid ID proof along with the valid ticket.
- Venuebookingz is not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.
- People in an inebriated state will not be given entry.
- Being only a ticketing portal, Venuebookingz does not take any responsibility for the activities going on inside or outside the event, as the entire responsibility of it is of the organizer/venue.
- Please go through the details on the Event Details Tab and the Checkout page thoroughly before booking the tickets, as the tickets which are NOT booked in compliance with it will not come in the ambit of discussion.
- Internet handling fee per ticket applied. Please check your total amount before payment.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
- Alcohol (if available) will be served only to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.
- The consumption of any prohibited substances is strictly prohibited.
- This show is subject to force majeure conditions.
- Only guests/customers above legal drinking age will be served alcohol
- Venue rules apply in addition to the above and supersede the above in case of a conflict.
- In case a booking confirmation e-mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e-mail ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' if the payment has been processed by Venuebookingz and you will have to contact our representatives for issue of tickets.
- You might be denied entry to the venue if you are below legal age of drinking in your state/country.
- Seating/ table reservations are solely at the organizers discretion Alcohol will not be served to underage persons.
- Venues/Organizers are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.
